一、簡支梁沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要適用范圍及功能
One, the main scope and function
適用于機(jī)械，冶金，大專院校，科研院所等各領(lǐng)域用來測定對(duì)塑料、尼龍、橡膠、玻璃鋼、復(fù)合塑料管材、電氣絕緣材料等非金屬材料的沖擊韌性值和檢驗(yàn)材料的抗沖擊能力。
Suitable for use in machinery, metallurgy, universities, research institutes and other fields for determination of impact toughness of plastic, nylon, rubber, glass, steel, composite plastic pipe, electrical insulating materials and other non-metallic materials and test material impact resistance.
簡支梁沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用德國西門子PLC進(jìn)行控制，通過觸摸屏進(jìn)行參數(shù)設(shè)置和數(shù)據(jù)顯示，自動(dòng)對(duì)不同的錘頭進(jìn)行摩擦損耗校準(zhǔn)和計(jì)算并保存數(shù)值，并可以對(duì)沖擊強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)打印。本機(jī)采用高精度光學(xué)編碼器進(jìn)行測角，使得該機(jī)具有高的測量精度。大屏幕彩色觸摸屏為國內(nèi)頭個(gè)配置，通過電動(dòng)釋放錘頭，具有操作使用方便，**可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
This machine adopts Germany Siemens PLC control, parameter setting and data display through the touch screen, automatic on different hammer friction loss calibration and calculation and save the value, and the data can be printed on the impact strength. This machine adopts high precision optical encoder for measuring angle, so that the machine has the advantages of high measuring precision. Large screen color touch screen unique configuration for the first, through electric release hammer, has convenient operation, safe and reliable.
