PITCH LAP 

• Manufactured and cast to suit the requirements of the customer 
• The depth of pitch is approximately 2-3″ (50 - 75mm) 
• Pitch lap conditioning is via a glass disc faced conditioning weight fitted to the conditioning station

WORKHOLDER RING 

• The machine can accommodate unblocked and irregular shaped pieces 
• The two/three workholder ring stations are fitted with friction drive, ensuring continuous rotation 
• An eccentric oscillating motion drive is incorporated allowing reciprocation of the rings across the lap plate annulus 
• The amplitude of the ring reciprocation can be adjusted
