Solubility:

Dosage and usage:
Intramuscular injection once per Kg body weight, livestock 10 ~ 15mg, 2 times a day, once every 3 to 5 days.
Function:
1. Pharmacodynamics, the antibacterial spectrum of kanamycin is similar to streptomycin, but effect is slightly stronger. It has strong antibacterial effect on most Gram-negative bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella, Pasteurellamultocida, etc, and also sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Gram-positive bacteria (except for Staphylococcus aureus), Rickettsia, anaerobic bacteria and fungi resistant to kanamycin. Sensitive bacteria is easy to have resistance to kanamycin.
2. Pharmacokinetics, the oral absorption is rare, most are excreted together with feces in prototype. Intramuscular injection is rapidly absorbed, about 0.5 to 1.5 hours to reach the peak of blood medicine, widely distributed in pleural effusion, ascites and solid organ, but it rarely penetrates saliva, bronchial secretions and normal cerebrospinal fluid. During the Meningitis, drug concentrations in cerebrospinal fluid can be increased by about 1 times. The concentration is very low in bile and feces. It is mainly excreted by glomerular filtration.
